We are expanding our UX team and are looking for design professionals who can craft exceptional digital experiences through thoughtful design, strong visual execution, and user-centered thinking.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality user interfaces, creating graphic content, illustrations, icons, and ensuring seamless communication between design and development. From wireframes to polished prototypes, your work will shape user journeys across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, making sure every pixel aligns with the product vision and user needs, while having a direct impact on global projects through thoughtful, scalable design solutions.

Tasks

• Design visually compelling and consistent UI components, screens, and flows

• Create and manage illustrations, iconography, and graphic assets

• Generate user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma

• Present design concepts and deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and provide support through implementation

• Apply and maintain design systems to ensure brand and interface consistency

• Contribute to a user-centric design culture, balancing business goals and user needs

Skills

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI design work across web and/or mobile platforms (Portfolio submission is mandatory)

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI or graphic design

• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign

• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component-based design

• A sharp eye for visual details and outstanding aesthetic skills

• Ability to manage full design cycles from concept to delivery

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams

• “User is King” mind-set is a must

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with SVG animation or Adobe After Effects

• Knowledge of UX research, usability testing, and user validation methods

• Working knowledge of German (low-intermediate or higher)
